Made-to-Order Products:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are made-to-order. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that it is a pre-order, and there will be a specified production time as indicated on the product you are purchasing. If you order multiple made-to-order items with different completion dates, we will assess whether to ship them together to minimize carbon emissions or individually to reduce wait times, depending on their respective completion dates.

Progress Updates:
To keep you informed about the status of your order, we will send you regular progress updates, including information about the production and shipping phases. This way, you'll be well-informed and anticipate when your much-anticipated items will arrive.

Shipping Details:
We offer complimentary shipping to the contiguous United States on orders exceeding $100.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as production and holiday schedules and your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver high-quality, made-to-order ethical products to your doorstep.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by email sent directly from the courier.
